Kimberly Sadovich

Kimberly Sadovich is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Senior Clinical Director at Forta, where she oversees clinical operations across the organization's ABA therapy programs. Her remit is quality — the standards care is held to, the outcomes families see, and the experience of both the families Forta serves and the clinicians who serve them.

Her training spans two disciplines. She holds a master's in psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a master's in social anthropology from the University of Oxford, a background that shapes how she thinks about the settings families actually live in rather than the ones therapy is designed around. She has been certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board since 2019.

She treats the two halves of that remit as one problem. Families need continuity, and continuity depends on clinicians who stay. Keeping good BCBAs and delivering good care are not separate jobs.
