Our story
Forta’s journey started in 2021 to serve families in need by providing personalized, quality care. Our world-class team is rapidly expanding to help families live their best lives by connecting them with quality ABA therapy.
When my cousin was first diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, my family experienced the struggle many others experience when they are unable to access the care they need. I’ve dedicated my career create technology to solve the most painful issues in the healthcare system, from reducing wait times to delivering care tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Our team of expert clinicians and data scientists are proud to build an ABA experience that serves your family.

Our ethics board
The ethics board gathers any concerns through a hotline or confidential email line, investigates and reviews issues, and implements resolutions and corrections through an after action procedure.
Paul S. Kuzmickas, Esq.
Paul is a Director in the Office of Quality, Safety, and Patient Experience and part of the Executive Administration at the Cleveland Clinic where he oversees the Ombudsman Office for the Office of Patient Experience and serves on the Cleveland Clinic Ethics Committee.
Paul represented people for over fourteen years throughout the State of Ohio and the Federal Court system as an attorney and Managing Counsel of the Cleveland branch of a national law firm prior to joining the Clinic. He is also the Chief Legal Advisor of NextChapter, a FastCase Company, which is a cloud-based software for attorneys.
Paul co-authored a legal book published in the Journal of Patient Experience and frequently speaks on the topic of legal matters related to patent experience.

Frank Dinenno
Dr. Dinenno earned his B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Arizona in 1996. He subsequently earned his Ph.D. in Cardiovascular Physiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2000, then moved to Rochester, MN for a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Mayo Clinic and Foundation. In 2004, he started his own research laboratory at Colorado State University and received continuous NIH funding for over 20 years to study vascular physiology in humans. Dr. Dinenno joined Forta in March 2022 as a Consulting Scientific Writer as part of the Technology team, and works closely with the Research and Design team on scientific manuscripts, FDA submissions, as well as outreach to scientists in academia to help build sustainable research collaborations.

John Fan
John Fan is a venture investor based in San Francisco and focuses on Series Seed and A investments in cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, and AI/ML. A software engineer by trade, John draws upon his time at companies such as CloudSwitch (acquired by Verizon) and Google Cloud to guide his interest in helping companies with a technological edge achieve their goals.
