Disclosures

This protocol is administered by  one or more behavioral therapists who: (a) are employed by (i) the entity contracted with the payor or (ii) an affiliated entity contracted with the payor and (b) is the parent of the recipient. The behavioral therapist(s) are supervised by a BCBA entirely unaffiliated with the recipient or the recipient's family.  The BACB, a board that certifies BCBAs, has issued recent guidance regarding interpretation of the permissibility of provision of ABA services as provided by the Company under which the behavioral therapist(s) is a family member providing the services.
