She specializes in trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming care, and holds a master's in behavior analysis from Simmons University. She is also the founder of Questions First Behavior Education, an effort to make ABA more accessible through a compassionate, inquiry-based approach.
Most strategies for challenging behavior quietly assume a caregiver has time, patience, and a quiet room. Her work starts from the assumption that they have none of the three, and builds from there.
