Crista Conboy is a Lead BCBA at Forta, working on the process that carries a family from assessment, to a treatment plan, to hours actually on the calendar.
Her background is in counseling as much as behavior. She completed a master's in marriage and family therapy at National University, then her ABA certification at the Florida Institute of Technology, and has practiced since 2017. Her career moved steadily from direct clinical work into the systems around it — case management, senior clinical roles, then directing care coordination for a multi-state provider.
A plan authorizing twenty hours a week and a family receiving twenty hours a week are different things. The distance between them is where she has spent most of her career.
