8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Sessions are scheduled in morning, mid-day, and afternoon blocks — you'll tell us which works best when you join the waitlist.
We're in-network with major commercial plans and accept Medicaid, and we handle verification and paperwork. We'll confirm your specific coverage during your intake call.

Starting ABA takes time — insurance authorization and onboarding usually run about 60–90 days. Joining the waitlist now means your child can begin right around opening day instead of months later. Yes. As soon as the space is ready, waitlist families will be invited to tour the facility and meet the clinical team before the first session.
